Role Summary:

As a Software Integration & Validation Engineer, you will drive integration, verification, and quality assurance for next-generation smart cockpit software stacks. You will design and execute test strategies across Android, Linux, or QNX systems, ensuring high product quality, performance, and energy efficiency across multimedia and low-level software components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive software test plans aligned with product roadmaps and feature requirements
  • Analyze functional and non-functional product requirements and define chip/software testability requirements
  • Design and execute test strategies for smart cockpit software stacks, including Android, Linux, or QNX OS layers
  • Conduct performance, stability, and user experience testing, optimizing product efficiency and competitiveness
  • Assess product quality during delivery stages, ensuring testing acceptance meets defined standards
  • Identify risks, issues, and gaps in products, development, and testing processes; propose solutions and preventive measures
  • Support continuous improvement of testing efficiency, tools, and methodologies
  • Collaborate across hardware, software, and integration teams to ensure high-quality product delivery

How You Will Stand Out:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Electronics, Automation, Software Engineering, Communications, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with low-level software testing (Bootloader, UFS/DDR, high-/low-speed buses, functional safety) or multimedia software testing (Camera, GPU, Display, Audio, Video)
  • Familiarity with smart cockpit software stack testing, including chip-level IP verification
  • Experience working with operating systems such as Android, Linux, or QNX, along with user scenario testing
  • Understanding of functional safety standards and virtualization testing is an advantage
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt
  • Proven capability to lead technical initiatives and drive quality improvements across complex software systems
