Job Duties:

Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and workflow descriptions to define comprehensive test scenarios and coverage.

Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to clarify ambiguous requirements and ensure alignment on expected results.
•
Design, develop, and maintain detailed test plans and test cases for both web and mobile platforms.
•
Perform exhaustive functional, regression, integration, and system testing to ensure software stability.
•
Execute end-to-end (E2E) testing for critical user journeys across interconnected systems and third-party integrations.
•
Conduct API-level validation using tools like Postman and perform database-level testing to verify data integrity and processing logic.
•
Execute non-functional testing to ensure applications meet performance and reliability standards.
•
Identify opportunities for automation and develop scripts for repetitive test cases using modern frameworks (e.g., Puppeteer, k6).
•
Drive the continuous improvement of QA methodologies, integrating best practices into the Agile/Scrum lifecycle.
•
Identify, document, and track software defects; collaborate closely with developers to investigate root causes and verify fixes.
•
Support deployment cycles through smoke testing, verification, and post-release validation.
•
Prepare detailed quality reports and provide regular status updates to project leadership regarding risk and release readiness.
Requirements:
•
Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
•
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance and testing
•
Solid experience in testing web and mobile applications
•
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices (Agile/Scrum experience is a plus)
•
Proficiency in writing clear and comprehensive test cases and test plans
•
Experience with test automation tools (Puppeteer, k6 etc.) is highly preferred
•
Familiarity with API testing tools
•
Experience with defect tracking and test management tools
•
Good understanding of SDLC and STLC
