🚀 What You’ll Do
🧪 Manual Testing & QA Execution
- Design, write, and execute test cases and test plans
- Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues
- Verify fixes and ensure product quality before release
⚙️ Automation & Tools
- Assist in building and maintaining automated test scripts
- Support test automation frameworks and pipelines
- Work with tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright (training provided if needed)
- Contribute to CI/CD testing processes
📊 Quality Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze defects, test results, and quality metrics
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues efficiently
- Help improve testing strategies and QA processes
🤝 Collaboration
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and stand-ups
- Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and complete
🛠️ What You Bring
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts
- Familiarity with QA tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc.) is a plus
- Basic coding knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or Java) is an advantage
