KINCO Automation is expanding into the U.S. market and building its local team from the ground up. We are looking for a Solution & Application Engineer to work closely with sales, customers, and partners to grow our factory automation business.
Responsibilities
- Support sales with pre‑sales technical consulting, solution design, and customer demos
- Work with OEMs, system integrators, distributors, and end users
- Provide application support for servo drives, motors, PLCs, HMIs, and motion control systems
- Support customer evaluations, pilot projects, and first‑machine builds
- Assist with partner training and distributor technical enablement
- Act as a technical bridge between U.S. customers and global R&D teams
Requirements
- Background in factory automation, motion control, PLC, servo systems
- Experience in customer‑facing roles (FAE, application engineer, technical sales, controls engineer)
- Strong communication skills and hands‑on troubleshooting ability
- Comfortable working in an early‑stage, fast‑growing U.S. organization
- Fluent Chinese and English
