Solution & Application Engineer-USA

KINCO Automation is expanding into the U.S. market and building its local team from the ground up. We are looking for a Solution & Application Engineer to work closely with sales, customers, and partners to grow our factory automation business.

Responsibilities

● Support sales with pre-sales technical consulting, solution design, and customer demos

● Work with OEMs, system integrators, distributors, and end users

● Provide application support for servo drives, motors, PLCs, HMIs, and motion control systems

● Support customer evaluations, pilot projects, and first-machine builds

● Assist with partner training and distributor technical enablement

● Act as a technical bridge between U.S. customers and global R&D teams

Requirements

● Background in factory automation, motion control, PLC, servo systems

● Experience in customer-facing roles (FAE, application engineer, technical sales, controls engineer)

● Strong communication skills and hands-on troubleshooting ability

● Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-growing U.S. organization

●Fluent Chinese and English
