The impact you will have: 

Help customers realize the value of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform as a trusted technical partner to account teams

Progress through FE Launchpad from structured learning and shadowing to independently leading customer engagements

Build demos and prototypes across data engineering, analytics, and AI/GenAI to solve real customer problems

Partner with Account Executives, Solutions Architects, and cross-functional teams to shape customer architectures and drive lakehouse and Lakebase adoption

Grow through certifications, bootcamps, and mentorship, and share your learning with your cohort and the broader FE community

 

What we look for:

Professional proficiency in English and French (written and spoken) to support customer engagements in the region

Early-career professionals with ~2 years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, AI/ML, or a related field who are interested in customer-facing technical roles.

A strong technical foundation (STEM degree or equivalent experience) and curiosity about modern data architectures, AI applications, and real-time analytics

Interest in working with customers; running discovery, understanding challenges, and explaining technical concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences

Clear communication skills, strong collaboration, and a growth mindset suited to a cohort-based learning environment

Ownership mindset; you take initiative, build, and iterate on ideas (e.g., demos, apps, or MVPs)

Foundational familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

Exposure to Databricks or cloud certifications
