Role Description

The Senior AI engineer role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI capabilities – specifically, agentic infrastructure, model customizations, and deploying agentic workflows in some of the world’s largest enterprises. The role will also require software engineering to build scalable and efficient software systems, and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deploy these capabilities within enterprises. The Senior AI Engineer will also focus on continuous improvement of algorithms, troubleshooting technical issues, and working on customer feedback on our capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a company shipping AI products

• Hands on expertise in AI development – agent infrastructure, model tuning, RAG and related capabilities, model optimizations, agent protocols, data processing. etc.

• Hands on implementation and design expertise in industry leading AI products, where you have been the technical leader for important capabilities within the product

• Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts

• Hands on expertise in Software Development

• Solid hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP)

• Proven ability to translate complex AI algorithms into practical solutions

• Expert problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset

• Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field

• Experience in cloud platforms and familiarity with AI/ML tools

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with interdisciplinary teams

The estimated annual salary range for this role is $300,000-$400,000 USD. The salary for the successful applicant will depend on job-related factors such as education, training, work experience, business needs, and market demands. This range may be modified in the future. Total compensation also includes variable pay in the form of an annual target bonus and other cash incentives, with a combined potential of up to 100% of base salary.
