Sr. AI/ML Engineer – Agentic AI & Transformation Projects

Looking for: Sr. AI/ML Engineer – Agentic AI & Transformation Projects Job Type: Contract

Lead and contribute to multiple ongoing and upcoming AI transformation projects.

Design, build, and deploy AI agents for diverse features, including potential customer data use cases.

Apply ChatGPT and other LLMs across projects for automation, augmentation, and innovation.

Explore and implement Claude skills for advanced agentic AI capabilities.

Develop evaluation frameworks (E-Valves) to test and benchmark AI agents.

Work with custom ML models, focusing on model tuning, optimization, and deployment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong background in Machine Learning (ML) and applied AI.

Hands‑on experience with LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and agentic AI systems.

Ability to create and fine‑tune custom ML models for specific business use cases.

Knowledge of AI agent frameworks and orchestration tools.

Experience in evaluating AI agents using custom metrics and validation pipelines.

Familiarity with Claude skills development and multi‑agent collaboration.

Strong problem‑solving mindset with ability to drive AI transformation initiatives end‑to‑end.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in enterprise‑scale AI adoption.

Exposure to customer data handling in compliance with privacy/security standards.

Understanding of prompt engineering, fine‑tuning, and reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF).
