As a Senior Analyst, Commercial Analytics you’ll partner across Brand, Operations, and Sales, to unlock the power of data and drive smarter decision-making.

This is a highly visible, cross-functional role with a strong focus on HCP and patient analytics, as well as advancing data infrastructure. You’ll play a critical role in building scalable analytics solutions, delivering actionable insights, and enabling the execution of key commercial strategies

Responsibilities

• Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform brand strategy and measure marketing effectiveness
• Lead end-to-end analytics projects—from framing business questions to delivering impactful recommendations
• Build and automate scalable data processes to improve efficiency and consistency
• Develop dynamic dashboards and visualizations to bring data to life for stakeholders
• Deepen understanding of market dynamics, including disease landscape, customer behavior, and promotional impact
• Ensure data integrity through robust quality control and validation processes

Requirements

• BA degree(MA preferred) in Pharma Analytics
• MA degree- 2-3 yrs work experience
• Strong experience working with large datasets and relational databases
• Proficiency in SQL and R or Python
• Hands-on experience with Tableau or similar visualization tools
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
