The Senior Analyst, Transformation supports strategic transformation initiatives within TFB Revenue Operations with a particular focus on Sales and Marketing functional areas. This role will play a key role in opportunity identification and implementation of new processes, tools, practices, and automation efforts, including AI initiatives.
The position collaborates closely with other teams in Revenue Ops, TFB, and IT to ensure insights, requirements, and execution plans are aligned. The role support initiative delivery through structured documentation, testing support, and coordination of activities. This role bridges the gap between data and action—driving better outcomes by translating strategic objectives into analytical outputs and project support.
This role is available in Bellevue, WA, Overland Park, KS or Frisco, TX and offers three days a week in office collaboration!

Base Pay Range: $73,100 - $131,800
Corporate Bonus Target: 10%

Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
