DESCRIPTION We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our growing Health Sciences (HS) Business Analytics team. In this role, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining analytics solutions using finance, research, and employee data to decision-support for leadership, faculty, and staff. You will collaborate closely with Health Sciences administration and department stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into efficient and scalable solutions.
The Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer on the Health Sciences Business Intelligence team plays a critical role in developing and maintaining business intelligence applications and supporting data analysis.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Nine years of related experience, education/training, OR a Bachelor's degree in related area plus five years of related experience/training.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS • Employment is subject to a criminal background check.
Pay Transparency Act
Annual Full Pay Range: $97,200 - $182,000 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)
Hourly Equivalent: $46.55 - $87.16
Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position.
