As a Senior Commercial Portfolio Manager, you'll play a vital role in protecting and growing BECU's commercial lending portfolio while helping our members thrive. Your expertise will directly influence sound credit decisions, strengthen long-term member relationships, and ensure BECU continues to deliver responsible, sustainable financial solutions.
In this role, you'll bring your experience, judgment, and insight to complex Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) relationships. You'll have the autonomy to make meaningful credit decisions, the opportunity to guide others through mentorship, and the ability to shape outcomes that support both member success and BECU's financial strength. To join our dynamic team in this role, we require candidates to be residents of WA, OR, ID, CA, AZ, TX, NC, SC, GA, or VA. If you're located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance to our Tukwila Headquarters (TFC), we encourage you come into the office on Tuesdays & Wednesdays each week. For those candidates that live outside the commutable distance to TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be primarily remote. Remote or onsite, we are committed to ensuring you are fully engaged and included in our collaborative environment.
