Job Description

Our client, Canada's largest retailer, is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join their Campaign Data Technology team, to collaborate with both technical and business teams, to build out campaigns, audience segmentation, and perform campaign analysis to support a large, high-profile data project.

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Remote - *Preference will be given to candidates who can go into the office once a week, either to North York or Brampton office

Duration: Until December, with possibility of extension

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end campaign workflows:
  • Receive business requirements (e.g., via Jira tickets)
  • Translate requirements into technical execution
  • Build and run campaigns using SQL
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis:
  • Measure effectiveness
  • Report on performance metrics (e.g., offer load rates, engagement)
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure accurate audience targeting and delivery

Must Haves:

  • Strong SQL skills
  • Experience with campaign building, and campaign analytics and measurement
  • Strong communication skills, ability to translate business requirements to technical and articulate insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with BigQuery or Big Data
  • Candidate who will go into the office once per week
