Job Title: Senior Data Scientist

Location: Onsite – 4 days/week

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with 3-5 years of experience in retail or CPG who combines strong analytical depth with business acumen. This role requires someone detail-oriented and thorough who can analyze complex data, partner with stakeholders, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and drive commercial decisions.
• Build and deploy predictive/statistical models using Python and SQL (BigQuery).
• Develop and operationalize workflows in Dataiku (Data Haiku).
• Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs and present insights clearly.
• Collaborate with engineering and BI teams to productionize models and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Data Science experience.
• Background in retail or CPG strongly preferred.
• Strong Python, SQL (BigQuery), and Dataiku expertise.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience bridging data science, engineering, and BI is a plus.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a collaborative, in-office environment.
