Role Description

The Sr Engineer - Project Lead will be responsible for managing and overseeing engineering projects from concept to completion. Daily tasks include developing project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The Sr Engineer will also provide technical guidance, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure project objectives align with broader organizational goals. This is a full-time on-site role based in Staten Island, NY.

Qualifications

  • Engineering expertise in areas such as electrical, mechanical, systems, or civil engineering
  • Experience in project management, including developing plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Strong skills in leadership, team coordination, and collaboration across departments
  • Proficiency in software tools and technologies commonly used in engineering projects
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex project challenges
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in energy infrastructure, utility systems, or clean energy initiatives is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; PE license or advanced degree is a plus
