Job Description

You will support product development across generative AI and machine learning application development, deployment, system monitoring, ML management, and DevOps.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end model development lifecycle, championing best practices for reproducible research and software delivery.
  • Translate complex business problems into projects with clearly defined scope and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Collaborate with product teams to integrate and deploy developed work into production environments.
  • Iterate rapidly on improvements, fostering innovative approaches to solve real-world challenges.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, leading AI adoption efforts.

Required Skills

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree).
  • At least 3+ years practical experience building AI/ML products and applications.
  • Demonstrable recent experience using Generative AI technologies such as RAG patterns, ReAct, or LangChain for summarization, knowledge graphs, or information extraction.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Solid software engineering skills and hands-on coding experience in AI/ML projects.
  • Experience designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. national security clearance and U.S. Citizenship is essential.
  • Experience as a technical leader, breaking down complex problems and formulating R&D plans.
