Job Title: Senior Systems Analyst, HRIS The Senior Systems Analyst, HRIS serves as the strategic and technical lead for enterprise HR systems, with a focus on HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll integrations.
This role owns complex system configuration, optimization, and cross-functional initiatives, driving continuous improvement of HR technology, data governance, and reporting. The position requires deep HRIS expertise, strong technical skills, and the ability to lead system design and enhancement efforts from initial requirements through deployment and support.
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for one or more HRIS functional areas and platforms, including Oracle PeopleSoft 9.2 (Core HR and Benefits), Infinite BrassRing (Recruiting), and Cornerstone OnDemand (Performance and Compensation).
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of complex HRIS solutions to support end-to-end HR processes from hire to retire.
- Evaluate system capabilities and recommend enhancements that align with evolving business needs and quality processes.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR technology, including data governance practices, quality systems, and change control processes.
- Design and maintain advanced configurations such as workflows, eligibility rules, security structures, and integrations across HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex system, data, and interface issues, ensuring stability and accuracy of HR data.
- Partner closely with IT on interface design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing monitoring of integrations.
- Own and manage HRIS projects, including new implementations, module rollouts, acquisitions, and system expansions.
- Lead the full testing lifecycle for system changes, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Skills And Qualifications Needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5–10+ years of progressive HRIS experience supporting enterprise HR systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft O365 and data analysis tools.
- Ability to read and write SQL, Visual Basic, and PeopleCode.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll.
- Experience with change control, quality processes, and continuous improvement in a systems environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Oracle PeopleSoft 9.2 Core HR and Benefits modules.
- Experience with Infinite BrassRing for recruiting workflows and hiring processes.
- Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand for performance management and compensation processes.
- Background in quality systems and quality auditing related to HRIS or enterprise applications.
- Experience mentoring or providing functional leadership to HRIS analysts or similar roles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple HRIS projects, including implementations and module rollouts.
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with vendors and cross-functional teams.
Work Environment
This role operates in a collaborative, enterprise-level environment that spans HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll functions. You will work extensively with leading HR technologies, including Oracle PeopleSoft 9.2, Infinite BrassRing, and Cornerstone OnDemand, as well as Microsoft O365 and data analysis tools. The position involves regular interaction with cross-functional teams, participation in project work, and engagement in structured change control, testing, and quality processes. The work is primarily office and computer-based, with a focus on system configuration, data analysis, and virtual or in-person collaboration with stakeholders and vendors.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $80.00/hr.
