Sr Manager - Electronic Engineering (Shenzhen Stationed)

Responsibilities:

Oversight of electronic engineering projects to ensure they meet defined objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Work closely with project, mechanical engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful product lifecycle management.

Manage hardware & software engineering teams to develop hardware and software for the products.

Work closely with purchasing team for component sourcing and qualification.

Requirements:

Degree in Electronic Engineering or related disciplines

Minimum 15 years of relevant experience with project management exposure, preferably in electrical household manufacturing companies.

Work experience only in the fields of communication, audio engineering and component application will not be considered.

Possess strong project management & product design experience, preferably in household appliance companies

Familiar with the application of safety standards, MCU hardware and software, digital and power electronics working principium and sound knowledge in SMT & PCBA operations

Proficiency in engineering design software and tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and passion for technology and innovation

Good command of English and Chinese
