Role Scope Leadership : buildandleada healthcare data analytics team fromthe ground up, starting with 1-2 yearsof hands-on development work as youhire and onboard2-3 newdataanalystsin your first year of working at HabitatHealth.
Customers : partner withGrowth, Compliance, HealthPlan, and Leadershipteamstoshapea data roadmap that you willbe responsible fordelivering, including direct stakeholder management across VP-level leaders.
Infrastructure : own analytic datasets acrossEHR (Epic Clarity),medicalclaims,pharmacy claims,enrollment (Salesforce), eligibility, transportation, etc.in partnership with our Data Engineering team. When data quality issues arise – definetests to preventthem from recurring.
Dashboards : buildand oversee thedevelopmentoffully automated self-service dashboards in Power-BI, includingunderstanding the business problem,defining specifications, managing timelines, writing/ managingcode, reviewing pull requests in Git,writing documentation, andorganizing andpublishingresultsin
