(*in collaboration with AbbVie) About the Role: Contributes to and shapes overall Market Access (MA) brand strategy through advanced analytics, financial modeling, and data-driven insights. Serves as the central data lead for Market Access, responsible for establishing a scalable “source of truth” across payer and pharmacy data, enabling informed decision-making across contracting, pricing, and GTN strategy. This role leads rebate operations, price increase and policy impact analytics (IRA/MFP), and acts as a strategic partner in assessing INGREZZA’s pricing strategy in a post-MFP environment. The position requires strong cross-functional leadership to integrate data, deliver actionable insights, and support execution of Market Access strategies. _ Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to): Central Market Access Data Management & Strategy Own Market Access data strategy, governance, and infrastructure, ensuring a single, trusted source of truth across payer and pharmacy datasets Manage payer master data (coverage, lives, formulary status, rates, discount structures) Manage dashboards integrating payer mapping, channel trends, rebate invoice tracking, market share, and competitive insights Serve as primary POC with Commercial Analytics for data integration and dashboards Drive continuous improvement in data quality, automation, and reporting efficiency Rebate Operations & Financial Execution Lead end-to-end payer (Medicare and Commercial) rebate operations including validation, reconciliation, and reporting Align contracts, accruals, and payments with Finance Identify risks and leakage and implement corrective actions Establish controls and best practices to ensure compliance and audit readiness Price Increase Analytics, IRA & MFP Strategy Lead pricing analytics for IRA, Medicaid, 340B, and pricing impacts Act as strategic partner on INGREZZA post-MFP pricing strategy Develop and guide scenario modeling for WAC pricing and rebate liability (Medicaid, Medicare and Price Protection) Advanced Analytics & Insights Work Cross functionally with Commercial analytics to develop dashboards and reporting across IQVIA, Veeva, MMIT, CMS, 852/867, rebate and pharmacy data Translate complex data into actionable insights that inform Market Access and Commercial strategy Track payer approval rates and maintain pricing, contracts and trade source of truth Lead high-impact, ad hoc analyses to support senior leadership decision-making • Other duties as assigned Requirements: BS/BA degree in Analytics, Finance, Economics, Health Economics, Data Science and 8+ years of pharmaceutical/healthcare/market access experience OR Masters degree and 6+ years of related experience as noted above OR PharmD or PhD and 4+ years of related experience as noted above Deep understanding of Market Access drivers including pricing and rebates and impact to GTN Ability to translate complex data into strategic insights Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership without direct authority Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities Deep expertise in rebate operations and GTN modeling Strong knowledge of IRA, Medicaid, 340B, and pricing strategy Experience with IQVIA, Veeva, MMIT, CMS, and other data sources Experience managing vendors, models and data governance initiatives Anticipates business and industry issues; recommends relevant process / technical / service improvement Demonstrates broad expertise or unique knowledge Considered an expert within the company and may have external presence in area of expertise Applies in-depth expertise in dis
