Job Scope
- Lead mechanical design and development of semiconductor equipment from concept, module design, to full machine integration
- Design and develop precision mechanical structures, assemblies, and mechanisms for high-tech automation systems
- Perform 3D CAD modeling, detailed engineering drawings, and technical documentation
- Conduct design validation, feasibility studies, and reliability testing to ensure robust product performance
- Collaborate with electrical, software, and application teams to achieve seamless system integration
- Drive design optimization initiatives to improve performance, manufacturability, cost efficiency, and product reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical design issues during development, testing, and field support
- Support continuous improvement programs (CIP) to enhance product lifecycle and competitiveness
- Review and approve engineering drawings, design changes, and technical specifications
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline
- Strong experience in semiconductor equipment, automation systems, or precision machinery design
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, tolerances, and material selection
- Experience in prototype development, testing, and system integration
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Passion for high-precision engineering and innovation-driven development
