We are currently seeking a Sr. Order Operations Specialist to join our Sales Operations team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting Lucid’s Sales team throughout the entire order lifecycle, from reservation to delivery. Your work will span across Accounting, Finance, and Sales, ensuring seamless operations and enhanced efficiency. You will also provide critical support to customer-facing employees both at headquarters and in the field.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the management of customer order configurations, payments, and refunds.

Collaborates with Accounting Team to verify invoice accuracy, ensuring precise revenue recognition.

Manage change orders and order submissions within Salesforce, ensuring the accuracy of the data.

Work closely with Finance, Audit and Systems teams to ensure orders and payments are appropriately reflected in all relevant systems

Manage requests for customer cancellations, coordinating with Accounting to issue refunds and provide proof of refunds.

Foster a collaborative learning environment by creating and maintaining training materials and conducting training sessions for potential new team members.

Provide operational support to business partners for ad-hoc initiatives.

Qualifications:

Preferably 2 years of experience in an Order Operations, Sales Operations, or similar role.

Experience in automotive industry a plus.

Passion for the customer experience and an understanding of how operational efficiencies impact said experience.

Must be able to multi-task, be flexible, and perform in a fast-paced environment.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and think creatively with a proven track record of execution.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes occasional weekends.
