Sr. Product Analyst
About your role:
As a Sr. Product Analyst, you will serve as a product owner for the EPOC debit platform, a core solution used by more than 3,000 financial institutions. You will work closely with Product Strategy, Technology, Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver product enhancements that support client retention, client satisfaction, and successful rollout of Card Services initiatives.
What you'll do:
- Partner with Product Strategy to evaluate market problems and revenue opportunities and align product enhancements to market needs
- Define, document, and communicate business requirements through user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog refinement activities
- Prioritize development initiatives for the EPOC debit platform based on business value, product strategy, and operational impact
- Collaborate with Technology teams to clarify requirements and support accurate interpretation of product vision and intended outcomes
- Lead operational readiness activities for product launches, including documentation, client communication, and implementation process development
- Build and maintain subject matter expertise for the assigned debit product portfolio and provide product support for internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to product roadmap execution by identifying enhancement opportunities and supporting commercialization activities
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to strengthen product delivery, operational workflows, and client experience
Experience you'll need to have:
- 6+ years of experience in product analysis, product ownership, or business analysis within financial services, payments, or card processing environments
- 7+ years of experience in card processing and debit card products, including requirements development, backlog prioritization, and product enhancement support
- 4+ years of experience writing business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for technology delivery teams
- Experience using Agile methodology to support product development, backlog grooming, and cross-functional delivery
- Ability to translate business requirements into executable deliverables and communicate complex concepts across business and technical teams
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
Experience that would be great to have:
- Knowledge of the electronic funds transfer (EFT) payments industry
- Experience supporting product launches and operational readiness activities
- Experience working with high-volume debit processing platforms
- Experience partnering with sales, implementation, and operations teams on commercialization activities
How you'll work:
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
- This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.
Travel:This role requires occasional travel (up to 10%).

Salary Range
$67,500.00 - $120,000.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
