Job Description

Where you come in:

As a Senior Product Operations Manager for Analytics and Insights, you will partner cross-functionally to define clear success metrics for products based on desired outcomes, build scalable reporting product frameworks/processes, and self-serve analytics, and translate complex data into insights that guide prioritization and improve outcomes across the product portfolio.

Partner with Product Teams to Plan and Align on Data Needs

  • Partner with Product and Data teams to proactively plan and align current and future product management data needs.
  • Act as a thought partner to Product Managers to translate product strategy and goals into measurable outcomes and data requirements.

Build Scalable Frameworks for Product Data and Outcomes

  • Develop and operationalize a framework to track and prioritize data requests within Product Management, ensuring focus on the highest‑impact needs.
  • Develop and maintain a framework to track product goals and outcomes through KPIs, enabling consistent measurement across the portfolio.
  • Partner with Product and Data teams to enable tracking of outcomes and KPIs, from definition through execution and reporting.

Enable Outcome‑Driven Product Management

  • Support Product Managers in defining leading and lagging indicators that connect day‑to‑day execution with long‑term product and business outcomes.
  • Help Product Managers identify what data already exists, what is missing, and where gaps or fragmentation exist.
  • Reduce fragmentation by connecting data across tools and sources, distilling insights into clear, actionable narratives that help teams prioritize and move in the right direction

What makes you successful:

  • Ability to operate with high autonomy, ambiguity, change, and scale across multiple Product and Data teams.
  • Proven experience influencing outcomes without direct authority.
  • Strong background in product analytics, KPIs, and outcome measurement.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and scale product data frameworks and operating processes.
  • Experience supporting Product Managers in outcome‑driven planning and measurement.
  • Ability to identify data gaps, reduce fragmentation, and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong cross‑functional partnership, facilitation, and change‑management skills.
  • Experience with product analytics and BI tools (e.g., Pendo, Amplitude, Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

Travel Required:

  • 5-15%

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 13+ years of related experience.
  • At this level a graduate degree may be expected with 6 years of related experience.

Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
