Position Overview
Northern Trust Asset Management (NTAM) is a global investment management firm with over a trillion dollars in assets under management, trusted by investors worldwide to help them navigate changing market environments and achieve their long-term goals.
As part of our ongoing commitment to operational excellence and data-driven decision-making, we are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Analytics Specialist to join our Asset Management team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in data science, artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML), and a strong understanding of investment management processes.
Key Responsibilities• Develop, implement, and maintain advanced analytics models using data science and AI/ML techniques to support portfolio management, investment operations, distribution and risk assessment.
Necessary Qualifications & Experience• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a closely related field
Salary Range:
$137,400 - 233,600 USD
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
