Title: Senior Quality Engineer (Contract)

Location: Onsite 3-4 days/week in Boston, MA

Duration: 9 months - Conversion to full time (CTH)

Hours Per Week: 32 hours (onsite guaranteed) potential for more

Role Overview:

The client is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to provide onsite support for incoming inspection, document control, test method validation, and hands-on quality activities as the team prepares for design validation and an upcoming first-in-human study. This role supports an early-stage medical device environment, helping strengthen QMS processes, design control documentation, and risk management while offering guidance to junior team members.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience in endovascular or similar medical device technologies

• Experience supporting devices through early-stage development toward first‐in‐human studies

• Strong background in test method validation, incoming inspection, documentation, and design controls

Nice to Have:

• Experience mentoring junior quality engineers

• Background with catheter-based devices or neuromodulation implants

• Experience contributing to quality strategy during design validation
