Sr. Quality Engineer – Product Development (Medical Devices | Validation & Risk Management)

Our client, a leading global medical device company, is seeking a Sr. Quality Engineer – Product Development (Medical Devices) to join their team. As a Sr. Quality Engineer, you will be part of the Quality Engineering department supporting cross-functional product development and R&D teams. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

$51.00/hour

What’s the Job?

• Lead and support design control deliverables throughout the product lifecycle
• Drive risk management activities including FMEA from concept to commercialization
• Support design verification & validation (V&V) and test method validation
• Collaborate on manufacturing process development, qualification, and supplier quality
• Ensure compliance with FDA, EU MDR, and internal quality systems

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in Quality, R&D, or Manufacturing Engineering, including product development support
• Experience in the medical device industry and regulatory standards (FDA, EU MDR)
• Hands-on experience with test method development and validation
• Experience with risk management tools such as FMEA
