AS A SENIOR RECRUITING COORDINATOR AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:

• Elevate candidate experience by scheduling a high volume of phone, in-person, and video conference interviews globally, demonstrating accountability and visibility across the business

• Manage end-to-end interview logistics, communicating all scheduling details clearly and promptly with candidates and interview teams

• Support recruiters and hiring managers in building exceptional teams, ensuring a positive, consistent candidate experience at every touchpoint

• Maintain a clear recruiting workflow by keeping candidate statuses accurate and up-to-date in Ashby (ATS), upholding data integrity across all active requisitions

• Assist with onboarding new employees, including processing new hire paperwork and coordinating pre-boarding handoffs

• Collaborate with the Recruiting Operations team to improve and streamline existing processes, developing innovative strategies to attract top talent

• Build strong, trusted working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates across the organization

• Leverage AI-assisted tools and automation to increase the speed and quality of coordination workflows, reducing manual steps and improving the candidate experience

OUR IDEAL SENIOR RECRUITING COORDINATOR WILL HAVE:

• 4-5+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or an operations support role, or equivalent experience

• Experience working with an ATS; experience with Ashby is a plus

• Superbly professional communication skills, with the ability to represent Snowflake to candidates and employees at all levels

• Detail orientation and a commitment to accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously and with a sense of urgency

• Flexibility and initiative, including willingness to execute outside of regular business hours when needed

• A genuine passion for delivering a world-class candidate experience, consistently and at scale

• Comfort working with evolving systems and structures, and the flexibility to adapt quickly to changing environments

• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, solutions-first mindset

• Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese (written and spoken) required for this role
