The Resource Manager is a strategic business partner for the Customer Success and Services organization, ensuring that our customers are matched with relevant talent and expertise to solve the world's toughest problems.

The primary responsibility of the Resource Manager is to manage resourcing for all potential and assigned projects. This position requires the individual to determine personnel requirements, provide ongoing support to project managers, and collaborate on resource management with multiple teams within our organization. The resource manager will be someone who can accurately assess resource needs and provide sufficient capacity to realize project goals.

Demonstrates a passion for the job and leads by example by putting Databricks and our customers first to achieve the delivery mission.

Ensure that resources are identified, assigned, prepared, and able to engage as planned to drive transparency of the resourcing workflow and status from pipeline to opportunity close and project start.

Ensure customers receive timely access to relevant talent and expertise to deliver their data and AI projects.

Drive resolution of delivery challenges, address resource contentions, and manage expectations.

Gain a deep understanding of our people, their unique skills, experience, and individual development plans.

Pro-active engagement of our preferred delivery partners ensures they can serve relevant resource requests.

Remediation of resourcing clashes and unforeseen events.

Data-driven analysis of resource productivity, utilization, and demand forecasting.

What we look for:
