- Responsible for driving continuous improvement of productivity, quality, cost and safety through the application of Lean, DFX & Six Sigma methodologies and managing the PCBA testing team composed of test engineers and technicians.
- Degree or above in Electronic Engineering or related disciplines
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and qualified in Lean Manufacturing is preferred
- Experience in Quality Control is preferred
- At least 10 years’ experience in design for testability review and functional test plan development in sizable electronic PCBA factories
- Experience in PCB layout design, with strong understanding of electronic circuitry at the component level, capable of reviewing and commenting on circuit designs
- Professional knowledge of electronics PCBA manufacturing processes, including SMT, wave soldering, conformal coating, low-cost automation, traceability systems and industrial safety
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Aggressive, self-motivated, detail-oriented and highly quality-conscious
Senior Production Engineering Manager / Production Engineering Manager(Electronic Consumer/Electrical household/Small Appliance), (Qingyuan Stationed), 5 Days Work, Salary : 40-60K ( Nego )
- Responsible for leasing & managing the production engineering team for jig/fixture design, machine maintenance and overseeing the general operation of the department of a factory with over 3000 staff
- Diploma or above in Production, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
- at least 10 years experience in manufacturing industry Knowledge in electrical household appliances is an advantage
- With experience in ISO9001, lean manufacturing and 6-Sigma is preferable
- Strong in automatic production set up and assembly line operation
- Self-motivated, attentive to details and highly quality-conscious
- Good command of both English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Production Engineering Manager
Senior Sales Engineer (Stationed in Shenzhen) 5 Days Work, Salary : 25-32K ( Nego )
Responsible for handling product cost quotation and cost analysis work from concept development stage to finished goods.
- Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 4 years relevant experience in manufacturing industry preferably in electrical household appliances
- Good command of English and Chinese Aggressive, self-motivated, meticulous and cost-conscientious
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sales Engineer
