Job Title: Senior SQA/QC Engineer

Position Overview: VST Inc is looking for an experienced Senior SQA/QC Engineer with a strong background in the healthcare industry to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in software quality assurance and quality control, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and delivering reliable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Establish and implement QA/QC processes aligned with healthcare industry standards and regulatory requirements.

· Lead test planning, test case design, execution, and defect management across the software lifecycle.

· Perform functional, regression, performance, and integration testing to ensure product reliability.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.

· Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to improve efficiency.

· Provide detailed analysis of test results and support timely defect resolution.

· Participate in technical reviews to uphold quality standards.

· Mentor junior QA/QC engineers and drive continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

· 5-7 years of experience in QA/QC roles, with at least 3 years in the healthcare industry.

· Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.

· Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).

· Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

· Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, healthcare compliance certifications) are a plus.
