You'll be the go-to expert for complex CRM challenges, a trusted partner to business stakeholders across sales, service, and operations, and a collaborative teammate who makes the people around you more effective. Requirements and Documentation

Gather, analyze, and document requirements for enhancements and new capabilities.

Create clear specifications that internal or external developers can execute against.

Maintain durable documentation that supports future teammates and long-term platform scalability.

Team Collaboration

Work alongside our Zuora BSA and collaborate with contractors supporting the broader platform ecosystem.

Share knowledge and best practices across the team.

Provide guidance to less experienced team members.

Contribute to a collaborative team culture as the team grows and scales.

Experience in billing platforms, ERPs, marketing automation, data warehouses, or iPaaS tools.
