Staff Data Scientist, Pricing

Description:

• Analyze large-scale pricing datasets to identify trends and benchmark comparable properties across regions.
• Architect core pricing intelligence systems using statistical and machine learning methods.
• Build enterprise-grade ML models that balance performance with interpretability and compliance.
• Develop pricing algorithms that combine statistical methods with modern ML engineering.
• Perform advanced analytics including experimental design, A/B testing, and causal inference.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, analysts, and business teams to uncover pricing opportunities.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and communicate actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive business impact by building strategic models in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science or ML Engineering, ideally in pricing, revenue optimization, or similar domains.
• Strong machine learning and statistical modeling skills.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with agnostic tech stacks is a plus.
• Experience with Snowflake or Streamlit is a bonus.
• A Master’s degree in a quantitative field is highly desired; a PhD is a plus.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and is driven by business impact.
