Staff Engineer Quality, QMS Audit (Semiconductor)

Our Client is a Global Leader in Semiconductor manufacturing.

In this exciting role you will,

• Manage end-to-end

Customer Audit

programme including scheduling, pre-audits, post-mortem analysis and database maintenance

• Validate Customer audit surveys, checklists and drive timely CA/PA closure across the plant
• Maintain and continuously improve the

factory Quality Management System

• Conduct internal and Customer audits; drive systemic corrective actions with cross-functional teams
• Present

Quality System

updates and audit findings in monthly management reviews

• Establish and maintain

Quality System Certifications

including

ISO 9001 and ISO/TS16949

• Support

Corporate QOS

and plant-wide audit coordination

• Identify system gaps and drive enhancements to

QMS processes

• Participate in Customer meetings, audits and training activities
• Support

CIM engagement projectsand contribute to quality enhancement programmes

You are encouraged to apply if you have,

• Degree in Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in

Customer Audit, Quality Systems

and

Quality

Planning semiconductor industry.

• ISO 9001

and

ISO/TS16949

knowledge with internal auditing experience is a must

• Knowledge of IATF16949, ISO 26262 and VDA 6.3; Certified Lead Assessor is a plus
• Experience in APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, DOE and Process/Machinery FMEA is a plus
