Knowledge is not just a supporting function at Deel - it’s the foundation of our product and one of the core reasons customers choose us. When a company uses Deel to hire globally, they’re not just outsourcing payroll or compliance; they’re buying instant access to deep, always-up-to-date expertise on how work gets done in 100+ countries. That knowledge powers everything from contract creation to tax calculation to leave policies - and it’s what gives our platform its competitive edge. And, it is what grounds our AI Products. The Knowledge group is building the infrastructure that turns this proprietary expertise into a product: a next-generation CMS, country knowledge base, and a scalable system for surfacing product and regulatory logic across Deel. This includes near real time knowledge ingestion, the best in-class knowledge retrieval and a framework for customised knowledge apps.
