That’s why we’re building a platform that brings together corporate travel, a powerful charge card, and modern spend management in one place.

To make this vision real, we’re looking for exceptional, mission-driven people to help redefine how businesses manage and experience travel.

More than 20,000 companies already rely on Engine to support over 1 million travelers and billions in annual bookings each year. Cash flow positive with rapid growth, we pair exclusive Engine-only rates, industry-leading rewards, and intelligent automation to help businesses save money while delivering world-class personalization and convenience.

Your Mission

Engine Spaces is redefining how businesses discover, book, and manage meeting and event venues. With 40,000+ spaces on our platform, a fast-growing corporate customer base, and a team already in motion, you'll step in as the strategic leader who sharpens the vision, accelerates execution, and takes Spaces to its next stage of growth.

Champion the Spaces product vision: Own and evolve the strategy for how businesses discover, evaluate, and book spaces through Engine — from search and discovery through to post-booking — with a relentless focus on making every customer touchpoint feel effortless.

Obsess over the customer experience: Own the consumer-facing product from search through booking — making it intuitive, personalized, and delightful. You'll have a strong point of view on UX, and you'll use it to raise the bar on every touchpoint a customer interacts with.

Drive conversion and engagement: Dig into the funnel, identify where customers drop off, and build the features that move the needle — better search relevance, smarter recommendations, faster time to booking, and experiences that keep customers coming back.

Lead automation and AI-powered innovation: Eliminate friction across the booking journey through smart tooling and AI-driven recommendations — whether that's surfacing the right venue or streamlining the RFP and contracting process.

Drive cross-functional alignment: Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and RevOps to ship high-impact work. You'll drive alignment across teams, turning competing priorities into a clear, shared direction that keeps the business moving.

Own the metrics that matter: Define and monitor KPIs across conversion, engagement, supply utilization, and net revenue — and use those insights to sharpen priorities and make the case for what to build next.

What You'll Bring to Engine

Experience: 8+ years in product management with a strong track record of owning consumer-facing products — ideally in marketplace, booking, or travel/hospitality. You know what great looks like from the customer's perspective, and you've shipped products that prove it.

Skills: You think strategically and execute precisely. You have a sharp design sensibility and deep customer empathy — and you're just as comfortable in a UX review as you are in a data deep-dive. You can go from vision to PRD to shipped features while rallying teams around a clear direction.

Tech-Savvy: Bonus points for experience with AI-powered search or recommendations, personalization systems, or RFP/contracting workflows in the events or hospitality space.

Mindset: You're a builder who moves with urgency and a bias toward action. You'll be joining an established team with a strong foundation — and your job is to take it to the next level.

Applications for this role will be accepted through 9/1/2026 or until the role is filled. We encourage you to apply early, as we may begin reviewing applications before the deadline.
