Supplier Quality Engineer - Integration Project

Location: Hybrid - Boston Massachusetts area (01841)

Type: W2 contract (NO C2C OR THIRD PARTY will NOT be considered)

Pay Rate: Negotiable depending on DIRECT related experience UP to $55 - $65/hour

Duration: 12-month contract (Estimated to end 4/27; contract extension potential)

Work Authorization: Must be currently located and authorized to work in the United States WITHOUT sponsorship requirements.

About the Role:

Support the onboarding of newly acquired supplier bases into our organization following recent mergers and acquisitions. You’ll facilitate supplier integration, audit for compliance, and work collaboratively with cross-functional global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and assess new suppliers to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Lead supplier onboarding activities and close out non-conformances.
  • Act as a liaison between the newly integrated site and global teams.
  • Monitor supplier technology trends and quality metrics as needed.
  • Travel locally to supplier sites; participate in national team meetings.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree; 10+ years of professional experience including 5+ years of supplier quality engineering.
  • Experience in medical devices or other regulated industries.
  • Current or expired external lead auditor certification.
  • Valid driver’s license; ability to travel locally and up to 25% within the US.
