Randstad is seeking a forward-thinking Data Analyst for a confidential search on behalf of a rapidly growing, $80 million utility leader based in Phoenix. This is not a "task-and-clock-out" role. Our client is looking for a strategic partner to interface directly with the CFO and CEO . If you are an expert in financial modeling who wants to see your insights drive the growth of a scaling organization, this role offers a clear path to becoming the FP&A Director . The Opportunity Compensation: Up to $120,000 base salary + 10% annual bonus . Work Style: Primarily Hybrid (3 days on-site in Phoenix); however, the client is open to 100% Remote for an exceptional candidate. The Mission: Help the organization transition from QuickBooks to Sage Intact and integrate data from recently acquired companies. Key Responsibilities Advanced Modeling: Build and maintain complex financial models, including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow projections. Strategic Collaboration: Work across departments to assist with budgeting, forecasting, and operational data analysis. Leadership Visibility: Present data-driven insights to the CEO, CFO, and other Directors to guide corporate strategy. Systems Integration: Support the ongoing evolution of financial data systems during a major growth and acquisition phase. The Ideal Candidate Experience: Proven track record in financial modeling and strategic analysis, someone who can "think outside the cube". Technical Edge: Expertise in Excel and financial systems; experience with Sage Intact , QuickBooks, or JD Edwards is highly valued. Mindset: A proactive, "forward thinking" professional who wants to build a department and grow into executive leadership.
