Strategic Finance Lead

A company is looking for a Strategic Finance Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Own and maintain a 2-year financial model and rolling P&L forecast

Lead the annual planning process, including budgeting and goal alignment

Establish monthly reporting for forecast vs. actuals and variance analysis

Required Qualifications

6-10 years in strategic finance, FP&A, or investment banking in high-growth SaaS or technology companies

Experience with company-wide financial models and annual planning processes

Strong fluency in SaaS metrics and enterprise sales finance

Ability to partner cross-functionally with various leaders

Demonstrated executive communication skills for translating financial models into insights
