Become a pivotal Portfolio Manager, influencing the

performance of multifamily and commercial properties. Drive

operational success while prioritizing tenant satisfaction and

property compliance.

You will handle the

overall management of a vibrant portfolio, including purpose-built

rentals and commercial spaces. This role combines financial

oversight with hands-on operational leadership, ensuring your team

meets high standards of property management. Strong interpersonal

engagement.

Key Responsibilities : • Supervise

daily property operations for efficiency • Conduct regular

inspections and identify maintenance needs • Mentor staff while

fostering a culture of professionalism • Manage financial reporting

and budgeting processes • Handle tenant leasing and compliance with

Requirements : • 3–5+ years'

property management experience • Strong knowledge of building

systems and safety codes • Exceptional written and verbal

communication skills • Familiarity with property management

software needed • Criminal record check and valid driver’s license

required
