We are partnering with a Telecom company who is looking for a Strategy & Transformation Manager to drive strategic initiatives and transformation programs across the business. This role partners with teams across product, channels, finance, technology, and operations to solve complex business problems and deliver measurable results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead strategy development, business analysis, and strategic initiatives
- Translate strategic insights into actionable plans and recommendations for senior leadership
- Manage cross-functional transformation programs across business, technology, and operations
- Build and maintain an integrated portfolio plan for key initiatives and ensure alignment across teams
- Support leadership forums and performance reporting to track business progress
- Prepare executive presentations and decision materials for senior stakeholders
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across the organization
REQUIREMENTS
- 6–8 years of experience in strategy consulting or strategy roles, ideally within TMT industries
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and structured thinking skills
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects or transformation programs
- Strong financial and commercial analysis capabilities
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
- Degree in a relevant field; MBA is a plus
Preferred
- Experience in strategy, transformation, PMO, or business operations roles
- Familiarity with technology or agile delivery environments
