The SFA Solutions team sits with the SFA, with a mission statement to “Forge strong connections, enhance efficiency, and elevate visibility to empower GSF to achieve outstanding results”. The team’s responsibilities include:

This position reports to the Senior Vice President who leads the Solutions team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage timelines and project plans outlining deadlines, responsibilities and deliverables, and create business requirements when applicable
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization to ensure transparency and alignment on project goals, progress, and outcomes
  • Support workflow oversight and business intelligence reporting for the SFA organization
  • Build relationships to help serve as a bridge for communications between teams across the organization
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and manage stakeholder communications to keep all parties informed about project status and decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) preferred.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects across platforms and the ability to manage internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Proficient in using project management tools like JIRA and Asana to manage complex projects effectively
  • Ability and interest to quickly learn nuances of Structured Finance asset classes
  • Proactive ownership mindset

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with credit ratings and structured finance
  • Understanding of both business and technical requirements, and the ability to serve as a conduit between technical and non-technical departments
  • Python or other relevant programming skills
  • Six Sigma, PMI Certification, or other formal project management and process improvement training is highly regarded
