Duties

  • Monitor and manage a portfolio of structured finance assets, including asset performance and risk assessment
  • Analyze loan origination data and coordinate with loan officers to ensure accurate processing and documentation
  • Review loan contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements such as TILA (Truth in Lending Act)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate loan performance, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
  • Utilize financial software to track portfolio metrics, generate reports, and support decision-making processes
  • Conduct basic math calculations for loan valuation, risk analysis, and financial modeling
  • Assist in the development and refinement of loan processing procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

  • Proven experience in loan origination or financial services, with a strong understanding of loan officer responsibilities
  • Familiarity with loan processing procedures and regulatory frameworks such as TILA and contractual agreements
  • Solid knowledge of financial software applications used in portfolio management and analysis
  • Proficiency in basic math skills, including calculations relevant to finance and risk assessment
  • Ability to perform 10-key typing quickly and accurately for data entry tasks
  • Experience with contracts review, compliance standards, and financial documentation management
  • Strong analytical skills combined with excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
