Job Description

  • Support the structuring, pricing, and execution of structured products across asset classes, including notes linked to equities, FX, and other underlyings
  • Partner closely with senior sales and trading professionals to design and deliver customized investment solutions for clients
  • Handle day‑to‑day client enquiries related to trade execution, product features, and post‑trade lifecycle processes
  • Monitor market conditions, volatility, and macroeconomic developments to identify product opportunities and support new trade ideas
  • Prepare client‑facing materials such as pitch books, product summaries, and investment proposals
  • Coordinate with internal risk, legal, and compliance teams to ensure all transactions align with internal policies and regulatory requirements

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline
  • Around 3 years of relevant experience in structured products, derivatives sales/trading, or related market‑facing roles
  • Solid understanding of financial markets, derivatives instruments, and structured product mechanics
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required
  • Prior working experience within a securities firm or financial product issuer is essential
