The Supervisor, Clinical Laboratory oversees day-to-day operations of assigned laboratory areas, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. This role provides direct supervision to laboratory associates and technical staff, coordinating workflow, monitoring quality, and fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
