Role Summary
- You will join a Quality Assurance team of 12 members and focus on supplier quality management and green procurement compliance across the company’s global supply base.
- This role offers close collaboration with manufacturing partners, cross-functional teams and overseas stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as part of a QA team of 12 members to support overall quality objectives.
- Manage supplier quality assurance activities and drive continuous improvement with vendors.
- Follow up on vendor quality management systems (QMS) and green procurement compliance requirements.
- Verify product quality at MT (Mass Trial), MP (Mass Production) and shipment stages.
- Handle market claim responses and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with internal and external parties.
- Monitor and support vendor compliance with chemical substance regulations and related standards.
- Perform other ad hoc quality-related duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering (or related discipline).
- Relevant quality or electronics manufacturing experience is an advantage; fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Willing to travel overseas, primarily to China and Southeast Asia.
