Position Summary...The Senior Site Engineer plays a critical role in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement within the Distribution Center. This position partners closely with site and network leadership to identify, analyze, and eliminate process losses while establishing sustainable standards. By applying lean and process improvement methodologies, the Senior Site Engineer supports the Walmart Performance System, strengthens daily management routines, and develops teams to deliver safe, efficient, and customer focused operations.

The annual salary range for this position is $128,000.00 - $192,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 4 years’ experience in Continuous Improvement work or related area OR 6 years’ experience in Engineering, Continuous Improvement work or related area.
4 years’ experience leading teams.
Knowledge and application of a functioning Quality Management System elements (for example, Statistical Process Control, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Quality Key Performance Indicators).
Demonstrated project ownership resulting in sustainable, long term savings.
