Support Engineer Automation

We are looking for a Power Apps Developer to join our team! As a Power Apps Developer, you will play the main role as design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Your main goal will be to support and ensure the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks.

Technical Skills:

Design and develop Office 365 applications and solutions, Power Apps, Power BI, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online).

Responsible for interpreting functional requirements into technical designs for web applications built in Power Appsbr>

Should have experience in Model Driven Apps

Analyze the business requirements by collaborating with the stakeholders and IT Management, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.

Implement custom solutions that leverage various Office 365 services.

Experience in designing, creating, and testing Power Apps solutions in large-scale environments

Skill for writing reusable libraries/objects/

Should be flexible as per business requirements

Knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code

Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application

Personal Skills

Good communication skills.

2-4 years of experience in Power Apps Development

Willingness to work in a collaborative environment

Excellent Communication Skills

Highly analytical mindset

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

A good team player but could work independently as well whenever needed.

Ability and drive to take complete ownership of project through the software development lifecycle.

Graduate in Computer Science/IT or equivalent Degree

2+ years of experience in IT industry with code development background

Strong technical skills on Blue Prism and/or Automation Anywhere V.11 or 2019

Minimum of 2years of experience in developing, implementing, supporting automation workflows in Blue Prism and/or Automation

Anywhere

Should have experience in Monitoring BOTS (Attended and Unattended)

Should possess good knowledge on BOT orchestration and scheduling

Logging and escalating escalate issues to relevant teams, provide viable workarounds to resolve incidents

Basic troubleshooting knowledge of Network, Server, AD, Exchange, O365, Cloud, Enterprise infrastructure

Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required

Flexible to work shift-patterns

Understanding of workflow-based logic and hands on experience with RE-framework.

Blue Prism Developer /AA V11 /2019 Advanced /Master Certification is a must.

Good communication skills, problem solving & analytical skills

Basic programming/Scripting knowledge on VBA/VB/java/C# script (or any scripting language, python is a plus)

Knowledge in cognitive automation with OCR tools, AI/ML skills is a plus.

Software development background with any of the following (C#, C++, Java, .NET)

Experience working on other RPA toolswould be an advantage
