Syndicate Analyst

Your role

• You will strategically partner with UBS Investment Bank to deliver equity and fixed income public market offerings to UBS Wealth Management Advisors and their clients
• Responsibilities include managing the public markets deal flow and allocations for UBS financial advisors, with a particular focus on Private Wealth advisors and their client base
• This role involves owning the process: leading distribution efforts for equity and fixed income offerings, vetting the eligibility of deals, marketing to the Financial Advisor Community, and managing operations related to deals
• Collaboration is key, as this professional will work closely with UBS WM Market Heads, IB and ECM/DCM Managers, WM Branch Managers, Legal, Compliance and field leaders to facilitate advisor and client requests, as well as special situations

Your team

The Syndicate Team resides within Unified Global Markets, which manages Capital Markets products and services for Wealth Management, Americas.

Your expertise

• Ideally direct exposure to a Capital Markets platform with a general understanding of public and private markets trading
• 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience
• Strong communication, client management, and data analysis skills are essential
• Ability to manage pressure situations within a quick time frame
• Extremely detailed oriented
• The ability to work both independently and collaborate in a team environment
• Familiarity with Wealth Management Advisor platforms

Required licenses include Series 7, Series 66, and Series 79

• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Bloomberg

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:

• United States - New York - New York min USD 155000 - max USD 190000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
