Permanent position at Yishun, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, up to $4500.
Responsibilities
Report to Team Lead in meeting SLA/KPIs in accordance to maintenance contractual agreement
Assist Team Lead in managing projects and overall administration of the projects allocated
Responsible for contractual fulfilment
Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders/customers
Perform first level Corrective Maintenance in accordance with the maintenance procedures, involving diagnosis & replacement of equipment/modules/components at sites
Perform System Monitoring duty, during day time or overnight and 24/7 standby with 2 hours response time
Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar engineering-related field
Experience in System-Level Maintenance in the following disciplines is highly preferred (RF Communications, Basic Networking skills, Computer/Servers, UPS)
Good diagnostic and fault solving skills
Effective written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
Class 3 (Manual) Driving License is a must
